The newspaper segment placed on the subject face titled Women’s Rights Convention historizes the subjects famous speech titled Aint I a Woman? Additionally, while all of the elements considered should be left to the viewer’s interpretation, the artist wants to highlight the words transcribed on the left cheek of the subject’s face -This excerpt was pulled from Sojourner Truths Aint I a Woman speech.
